Warranty
ALMACO products include a one-year limited warranty for the original purchaser. Items that arrive damaged, have material or workmanship defects, or fail under normal use within one year of shipment will be repaired or replaced at no cost.
Normal wear parts or consumables are not covered and are the customer’s responsibility. Any product that has been modified, neglected, or used improperly is excluded from warranty coverage.
Return Policy
If you need to return a product due to damage or defect under warranty, please contact ALMACO at 515-382-3506 to request return authorization. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization. A representative will work with you to determine the next steps in this process.
